April Luncheon – Wednesday, April 11, 2018

Our speaker for the April luncheon will be Jim Rogers. Upon retiring after 25 years with the Vancouver Police Department, Jim Rogers started reading, primarily mystery novels, when he began to hear a voice of his own. I had that narrator inside saying.. ”You’ve got some stories to tell that need to get out,” Following that voice led Jim to fiction writing, primarily mystery. In 2017 he finished his first book in a trilogy, “Sheridan Breaking Ground.” His second Sheridan: Hunting Ground is due out this February.

I encourage everyone and that includes husbands who enjoy the love of reading books, not to miss this luncheon.
